Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced onion
  • Caramelized onion
  • Pickles
  • Lettuce
  • Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise for serving

Instructions

  • Mix ground turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Divide mixture into four and shape into patties, pressing a small indentation in each.
