Instructions

  • Mix peanut butter, Thai red curry paste, ginger paste, soy sauce, lime zest, and Sriracha in a bowl until smooth.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture on one slice of bread and pineapple jam on another. Add fresh basil.
  • Press the slices together to form the sandwich.
  • Grill the sandwich in a frying pan with melted butter until golden brown on both sides.
  • Slice in half and serve warm.
