Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients: eggs, sugar, Greek yogurt, and mashed bananas in another bowl.
  • Fold in strawberries and optional walnuts into wet mixture.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures gently without overmixing.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, tap to release air bubbles.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes; check with a toothpick for doneness.
