Instructions

  • Add diced onion, bell pepper, and celery; sauté until tender.
  • Mix in garlic, spices, and flour until combined.
  • Pour in chicken broth, add bay leaves, and simmer until thickened.
  • Remove bay leaves and fold in cooked rice and parsley.
  • Simmer for an additional 5 minutes and serve hot.
