Instructions
- Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk in a large bowl until smooth.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip.
- Incorporate the mint extract and green food coloring, mixing gently.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours.
- Serve with extra whipped cream and a cherry on top.
Notes
For a stronger mint flavor, add more mint extract.
Ensure Cool Whip is fully thawed for best results.
Letting the pie set overnight improves flavor and texture.
