Instructions
- Clean and trim the asparagus.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes until tender yet crunchy, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Finish with fresh parsley before serving.
