Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, whisking each until fully mixed.
  • Stir in red wine and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
  • Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and kosher salt until just combined.
  • Prepare the baking pan with parchment paper and spray with oil.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes, checking for doneness.
