- ½ cup red wine
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder

- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking each until fully mixed.
- Stir in red wine and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
- Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and kosher salt until just combined.
- Prepare the baking pan with parchment paper and spray with oil.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Allow to cool before lifting out of the pan and serving.
Notes
Ensure eggs are at room temperature for better mixing.
Whisk well to achieve a crinkly brownie top.
