- 9–10 lb Spiral Ham
- 2 Cups 100% Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Stone Ground Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Place the ham in a large baking dish.
- Cover with foil and cook as directed (about 10-12 minutes per pound).
- While cooking, reduce pineapple juice in a saucepan over medium heat for 25 minutes.
- Add honey, sugar, and mustard to the reduced juice.
- Stir until the glaze thickens (5-8 minutes).
- Remove foil 20 minutes before ham is done and apply glaze.
Notes
Ensure ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F before serving.
Scoring the ham can enhance flavor absorption.
Sliced ham can be frozen for up to 2 months.
