  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Stone Ground Mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Place the ham in a large baking dish.
  • Cover with foil and cook as directed (about 10-12 minutes per pound).
  • While cooking, reduce pineapple juice in a saucepan over medium heat for 25 minutes.
  • Add honey, sugar, and mustard to the reduced juice.
  • Stir until the glaze thickens (5-8 minutes).
  • Remove foil 20 minutes before ham is done and apply glaze.
