Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté onions, green bell peppers, and mushrooms until tender.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk cornstarch with beef broth and add to skillet, simmering to thicken.
- Assemble Sloppy Joes with meat mixture and cheese on buns.
- Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips or salad.
