Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x5x2.5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently combine wet and dry ingredients without overmixing.
- Pour batter into the pan and drizzle with remaining peanut butter.
- Bake for 70-75 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
