- 1 ½ cups (400 g) no-stir creamy peanut butter (one 15-ounce jar)
- 3 cups (360 g) confectioners' sugar
- ½ cup (113 g or 1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups (50 g) Rice Krispies
- 2 cups (350 g) dark or semisweet chocolate chips, for dipping
- ¼ cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and butter in a mixer until blended.
- Add confectioners' sugar and fold in Rice Krispies gently.
- Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Freeze the balls for at least 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave until smooth.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate, then place back on the lined baking sheet.
- Add sprinkles if desired and let them set.
Notes
Ensure butter is soft for a smooth blend.
Experiment with different types of chocolate for variety.
Freezing the balls helps maintain their shape during dipping.
