Instructions

  • Combine peanut butter and butter in a mixer until blended.
  • Add confectioners' sugar and fold in Rice Krispies gently.
  • Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Freeze the balls for at least 15 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave until smooth.
