- 15 ounces ricotta or cottage cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 16 ounces spaghetti (cooked according to package directions)
- 1/4 cup butter (cut into thin slices)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9'x13' baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook ground beef and Italian sausage, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add onion and cook until tender, then stir in garlic followed by marinara and tomato sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, Parmesan, and seasonings until creamy.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with meat sauce and layer in the baking dish, alternating with cheese mixture.
- Dot with butter, top with mozzarella, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and let rest before serving.
