Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare rice as per package instructions.
- Fry eggs to desired doneness in a separate pan.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls, top with Korean beef and a fried egg, garnish with green onions.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of red pepper flakes.
