  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 6-8 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (from 2 limes)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest (from 1 lime)
  • 6 mint leaves (sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 pint strawberries (stem removed and halved or quartered)
  • 2 champagne mangoes (peeled and cut into small chunks)

  • 1 pound blueberries (about 3 1/2 cups)

Instructions

  • Whisk together raw honey, lime juice, lime zest, and mint leaves in a small bowl until well blended.

  • Just before serving, pour dressing over fruit and toss gently to coat.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor.
