- 2 champagne mangoes (peeled and cut into small chunks)
- 4 kiwi (peeled and sliced into small chunks)
- 2 bananas (peeled and sliced; slightly underripe is best)
- 1 pound blueberries (about 3 1/2 cups)
Instructions
- Whisk together raw honey, lime juice, lime zest, and mint leaves in a small bowl until well blended.
- Let the dressing rest for about 30 minutes to meld flavors.
- In a large bowl, combine prepared fruits: strawberries, mangoes, kiwi, bananas, and blueberries.
- Just before serving, pour dressing over fruit and toss gently to coat.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor.
Adjust honey and lime juice to suit your taste preferences.
