- 1 medium green bell pepper

- 2½ tablespoons fajita seasoning

- 8 medium tortillas
- Salsa (optional)
- Sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into long strips and set aside.
- Slice onion and peppers into long, thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken with fajita seasoning until fully cooked.
- Sauté onion and then add peppers with remaining seasoning until slightly tender.
- Combine chicken with sautéed vegetables in the skillet.
- Serve in warm tortillas with desired toppings.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
Don’t overcook the peppers; they should stay crunchy.
Adjust spiciness with jalapeños according to taste.
