Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

  • Smoked paprika, or sweet paprika, for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Hard boil the eggs by boiling water and cooking eggs for 14 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  • Pat dry, cut in half, and scoop yolks into a bowl.
  • Mash yolks and mix with yogurt, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Fill egg whites with yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  • Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes

Use older eggs for easier peeling.
Experiment with spices or add ingredients for unique flavors.
Ensure filling is smooth for best texture.
