- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by boiling water and cooking eggs for 14 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- Pat dry, cut in half, and scoop yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks and mix with yogurt, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
Use older eggs for easier peeling.
