Ingredients

Scale
  • 2.25 lbs Chicken thighs (raw, skin-on and bone-in, about 46 chicken thighs)
  • 3 tbsp BBQ Seasoning
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce (choose Hickory or Kansas City style, or even a sugar-free option)

Instructions

  • Place chicken thighs in the Crockpot skin side up.
  • Sprinkle BBQ seasoning over the chicken and mix well.
  • Pour ⅓ cup BBQ sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

  • Brush with an additional ⅓ cup BBQ sauce.
  • Broil chicken on high for 2-3 minutes until charred.

Notes

Choose high-quality BBQ seasoning and sauce for the best flavor.
Allow chicken to rest before serving to lock in moisture.
