- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips (170 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Fold wet mixture into dry ingredients carefully.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into greased bread pan.
- Bake for about 55 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then on a wire rack.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
Avoid over-mixing the batter for moisture.
Allow to cool before slicing to prevent gumminess.
