  • 3/4 cup sugar (148.5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (170 grams)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Fold wet mixture into dry ingredients carefully.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into greased bread pan.
  • Bake for about 55 minutes.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then on a wire rack.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
