- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley
- 2 small scallions, diced
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 12 6-inch flour tortillas (or corn tortillas)
- Cooking spray
- Kosher salt
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, salsa, lime juice, spices, garlic, cilantro, and scallions until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and cheese until combined.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for pliability.
- Spoon filling onto tortillas and roll tightly.
- Place on a baking sheet, seam-side down.
- Lightly spray tops with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Notes
Warm tortillas to prevent tearing during rolling.
