- 4 cups chow mein noodles (fried or steam fried)
- 42 chocolate mini eggs
Instructions
- Prepare the muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Melt white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Gently fold in chow mein noodles.
- Divide the mixture into muffin cups, forming nest shapes.
- Press chocolate mini eggs into each nest.
- Freeze for about 20 minutes until firm.
- Pop out the cookies and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use smooth peanut butter for the best texture.
Gently press the mixture to retain the nest shapes.
You can substitute white chocolate chips with milk or dark chocolate for variety.
