Instructions

  • Prepare the muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  • Melt white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Gently fold in chow mein noodles.
  • Divide the mixture into muffin cups, forming nest shapes.
  • Press chocolate mini eggs into each nest.
  • Freeze for about 20 minutes until firm.
  • Pop out the cookies and store in an airtight container.
