Instructions
- Add avocado chunks, Greek yogurt, lemon zest, and juice to a food processor.
- Sprinkle in Aleppo pepper and season with salt and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning; add water for desired consistency.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to three days.
