- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 16-20 meatballs, about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
- Remove and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use lean ground turkey for healthier meatballs.
Experiment with different herbs and spices to suit your taste.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
