  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Form mixture into 16-20 meatballs, about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  • Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
  • Remove and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
