- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; toss well.
- Place in air fryer and cook at 360°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
- Check for doneness and adjust cooking time if necessary.
Notes
Choose Brussels sprouts of similar size for even cooking.
You can parboil sprouts for a softer texture before air frying.
